Usage Instructions **Fill **Fill your clean litter box at least 1 1/2 inches high with Vibrant Life Mini Crystal Unscented Cat Litter. For best results, do not add any other litter products or additives to the box. **Scoop **Regularly remove solid waste and rake Vibrant Life Mini Crystal Unscented Cat Litter to maintain freshness. It is important to rake the litter for optimal performance. Raking involves mixing up the litter with a scooper so the litter is properly aerated and evenly distributed. Dispose of solid waste in trash. **Recommended Litter Replacement for One Bag **1 cat = 20 to 30 days **2 cats = 10 to 15 days **3 cats = 7 to 10 days **When Switching Litters **Some cats have a hard time adjusting to a new litter; follow these directions to make it easier on your cat. Begin with 1 inch of Vibrant Life Mini Crystal Unscented Cat Litter, covered with 2 inches of the previous litter. Do not mix the layers – your cat will do this when pawing & covering. Gradually add less old litter each time you change the litter pan. Most cats will comfortably adjust to the new litter after 3 to 4 changes. **Encouraging your cat to use an indoor litter box, or properly disposing of outdoor cat feces, is beneficial to overall water quality. Please do not flush cat litter in toilets or dispose of it in gutters or storm drains. Always remember to wash hands with soap and water after cleaning the litter box or handling used cat litter. A parasite found in cat feces may cause toxoplasmosis, especially in pregnant, nursing or immunosuppressed persons. Consult your physician for more information. **CAUTION **To avoid danger of suffocation, keep this plastic bag away from babies and children. I have a very picky persian cat, and if she doesn’t like the litter, then she’ll go on the floor… I catch her lying in the box now. I like that the urine doesn’t clump up like another brand I’ve used. I have 2 boxes for 4 cats, and I don’t smell any urine. I do shift them daily.
